Can I try it on before paying?

Yes, in most Kosovan cities. Just tell the courier you would like to try it.

How do I know my size?

Read the size guide and the fit note on each product. Or write to us.

Do you ship outside the Balkans?

Not yet. We are working on the EU during 2027.

Are there seasonal sales?

Twice a year, in January and July. We do not invent discounts in between.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, before it leaves the warehouse. Write to us immediately and we will stop it.
